On Sunday 26th November 2024, the Dubai Metro will be opening early due to the Dubai Run which is happening on that day on Sheikh Zayed Road as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
There are 2 different runs taking place – a 5k and a 10k run. Each one has multiple time slots so that the maximum number of people can take part. The first one starts at 4am and for that reason the Dubai Metro will start running from 3.30am.
For the 5km route, head for World Trade Centre or Max metro stations. For 10km route head for Emirates Towers metro station.
There will also be some parking available at Emirates Towers, but it is advised to take the Metro to the event if possible.
Currently applications are still open to take part so you can register if you would like to.
